About Leah Ford

Driven by curiosity and obsessed with science, Leah Ford is the Global Marketing & Communications Manager for NatureWorks, a company that invents and delivers more-responsible, high performing biomaterials and applications. On the daily, Leah leads a team that directs NatureWorks’ branding efforts, partnerships, digital marketing, and public relations through a global multi-channel approach. Having been with NatureWorks for over 13 years, Leah has held various positions covering everything from digital marketing to 3D printing to business data analysis.

In her free time, Leah likes to read science fiction and teach her daughter the finer points of identifying rocks and minerals they find outside. Leah holds a BS in Geology and an MS in Geomorphology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
